This animation was based on the Chopstick music video by the J-pop group NiziU. Piano keys were a recurring motif in the music video, so I used them as the subject for this animation. To make them react to the music, I set keyframes on every beat with the piano keys positioned in different formations. I wanted the animation to feel instantly recognisable, so I visually replicated the environments and camera movements from the music video.
